I-130 Marriage Certificate Authenticated translation
Originally when filing the I-130, our marriage certificate had both English and the language in the country we got married. We are just finding out that we need 2 separate documents being and English version and the non English version but it must be certified and authenticated with me being present. If these documents are being uploaded as additional evidence, how long might the delay be if any because I know January cases are being approved around now. Please let me know.

it is a good of a thing that you were able to find out about the mistake before they sent you RFE on it. so expect your approval normal time

where does it say you need to be present? I sent a certified translated copy from US languages services. they guarantee USCIS accepts this. I haven’t had a problem
