June 17 Texas center still waiting (IR-2)

June 28, July 25 changed to actively reviewed. Texas just received a update today, actively reviewed

@Love Family I think that means you are going to receive your approval notice tomorrow

check your documents tab, approval notice might be there already

mine is June 28, 2023. I’m a USC and my processing center is Texas. I am still waiting :( but I am seeing several June 28, 2023 approval these days so fingers crossed that mine will also get approved in a day or two.

@Hamza Abdulsattar I'm from Junen14th. When did you receive your first notice of actively reviewed? I got mine on August 24th, 2023. They say that date matters too and not only the priority date. What do you think

@ I've noticed that only a few people from the second week of June haven't been approved yet. They're approving mostly cases from late June. I'm so stressed about this

@Ivy Vn yeah for sure. just talked to USCIS and this is what they said: Per my system the latest status on your case as of August 02, 2024 your case is under review by an officer. TEXAS SERVICE CENTER is currently processing your case to make a decision. Currently, there isn't anything needed on your case at this moment. An officer is always assigned to your case and it is processing.

@Hamza Abdulsattar Oh but that's good news. They're checking your file. I hope they are checking mine too. I had my husband call USCIS on July 30th but they didn't say the case is under review they just said everything is normal. But maybe it is under review now, hopefully

@Ivy Vn go to the USCIS website, click on chat with Emma. Then go to connect to live chat. once you get in the chat tell them you wanna know what’s going on with your case and that you want a real answer. They’ll tell you when your case was being looked at.

@Ivy Vn trust me it depends on the chat agent. if they give you a dry response the first time try again. you’ll get something.
