Just a question, How she been born in saudi be a factor?

It takes about 12 to 14 months to be approved. After approval theres another wait to get the interview at the embassy where your spouse is. I filed August 25th 2023, in active review since Aug 30th and still waiting. They are currently processing June 2023.

I was told they also consider the beneficiary’s place of birth to expedite the process. @Mo Miller

@F R I don’t think birth place makes a difference. only if you’re a citizen or green card holder. current processing times for 130 is about 400 days. @F R

beneficiary's place of birth has nothing to do with processing times. Right now it's taking 13-14 months. So don't expect anything before January-February 2025.

I haven’t applied for a K3 visa after I filed I-130. Does anyone have any input on that or have you done that?

Hi my case is from Dec 2023 too, btw also I've applied for K3 in march but it didnt make any difference in my timeline. The only update I get is they recieved my case a week after I send my k3 package.

@E R I see the above link you provided cases that were approved mostly starts a receipt number with “IOE09…”. Does that mean anything?
