@Akshay Tailor @Molly G even though approval is there, it will still take lot of years for him to get visa. F4 India files are taking 18-20 years to get visa and F3 india taking 15-18 years to get Visa. case approval and getting visa is two different things.

@Akshay Tailor PD June 2014 & still waiting for USCIS approval, congrats on your approval as you cleared the 1st hurdle, but the wait time is long for this category, having late approval help those who have kids bcoz of ageing out situation the longer the wait time for approval the better ..

since USCIS started using online filing the approvals r fast, for old i-130 the time frame of approval is approx 12-13 years.... but wait time remains the same as NVC will hold ur case till ur PD becomes current
