I thought filling for siblings would take 10+ years, and if the sibling is married would take even longer.

@Pao L you can sue them if your I-130 havnt been reviewed after 3 years. this is the only way to get an answer. this information is coming from the immigration law firm. you need to understand that you or your case is not a priority for USCIS. the fact that you paid your application fee doesn’t guarantee that your application will be ever opened and processed. there are multiple streams of immigrants that USCIS is focused on: political refugees, refugees, illegal immigrants, Venezuelans, Cubans, you can continue. there is one category that is missing there - legal immigration.
