@God is good USCIS is unpredictable, but mostly after second AR within the shortest possible time, approval notice is issued, all I know is if your petition is 1 year and over then there's likely an approval notice somewhere close to you. concerning USCIS processing times, no matter whatever, you must build enough and strong Patients to go through the maximum length of whatever their doing before taking a decisions, on a singke case even though it's not easy, but nothing you can do even your attorney cannot do anything, only heaven knows why.

@God is Good that's why I say USCIS is unpredictable, some get the approval notice the same day after the 2nd AR and others to a week or two, while some also get approval with only 1 AR, but most of them have their approval notice shortly after the 2nd AR but the good news is An Approval notice and i hope definitely your's will surely come and soon.... infact they're unpredictable, all you have to do is to have Patients,

@God is Good initially we we're told the IOE is electronic processing it flows easily and fast which takes only 90 days and is process by USCIS and it can be done at all the service centers, but it's now more than a year and over, but most of them received approval after a year or some few days to year, that's why I said USCIS only knows what they are up definitely there will be an approval, but the question is when and how long,?

@,God is Good, i strongly believe that before the end of the month or first week of February, you would receive approval notice. trust me keep your fingers crossed and watch them and be reading most of others comments and wait patiently, your turn is just at the corner.
