@ban ban Be careful with all the info you put i130 should be correct. And be very careful when you answer the question “beneficiary intends to apply for an adjustment outside in the United States or inside the United States”. Answer only one. Don’t indicate both options otherwise you’ll have to file I-824 after the approval of i130. which basically takes upto a year to get approved. so be very careful brother. I indicated both options since filing i130 & now I had to file I-824 after the approval of I-130. and it has been 8 months Im waiting for I-824 approval.
