i-130 F2A from Mexico living in US, 8/2022 PD at California Service Center
As of August 16, 2022, USCIS was actively reviewing my petition. Nothing is outstanding but now my case is taking longer than expected. Anyone with my priority date and a legal resident spouse been approved yet? The waiting game is no joke.

it's sucks man, my priority date 20 December 21 third actively reviewing by 28 June 23, my case is spouse LPR F2A, seriously people who chooses to enter in USA is a good choice because if you want to enter in USA legally need to waiting years and still don't know can get visa or not some more spend a lot of money to hire immigration attorney, it's all sucks man pretty much can call it scamming people in a legal way

My wife is green card holder. My pd 29 July 2022. 40 days ago they asked me RFE medical and I sent it. Still nothing.
