@Vitch Vitch That is not true; brothers and sisters of US citizens fall under the family preference category, and the number of available visas is limited, which is why there is a backlog in those categories. Right now, NVC is scheduling interview appointments for those who submitted their applications in 2008, so you will not receive a visa until your priority date becomes current, regardless of your circumstances.

@Vitch Vitch that is highly unlikely to happen, you will get ur visa based on ur PD, the only exception is that if the visa qouta allotted to your country is available, but that is also unlikely as the visa # r limited for F4
