if this is a USC petition, you should contact your congress representative. They could be helpful to navigate this large delay. Sadly, F2A has a really long wait now, so if the petitioner is LPR, you still have a long time (some people reported being approved from May 2022).

thats sad. Im from nov, 2023. thats totally crazy. @Aida Skenderi are you abroad or in the us? citizen or permanent resident? @jenn epp what about you??? its good to figure out what are the similitudes in our situation to try to confirm why they have place us in the back!!!@Dani Rodriguez are you in the us or outside? @Nigora Babaeva whats the description of your situation??? In my case I was married abroad, us citizen, married one year after met each other, submitted the case one month after get married. I am outside us. Is that the problem??? we have to have different situations from the others that are already accepted, I think. its crazy
