I-130 Estimated processing time
Hey everyone ! When ı check my processing time ıt was saying “my process taking longer than expected “ yesterday when ı check ıt said 2 months . This morning ıt was 5 weeks and now when ı check ıt says 4 week . What is this suppose to mean ? good news? anyone here with same situation ?

your case is similar to mine. They confirm the receipt of my rfe for i485 on April 25, 2023. I checked the i30 today and it had changed to 2 months before decision from taking longer to process.

I based it on my own experience, it went to “process taking longer than expected” then got approved a week later. I know everyone process is different but I believe it’s a good sign. I hope you get your approval shortly 🙏🏾
