the rfe was to submit latest lease and joint bank account statements. we responded to RFE a month ago via fed ex. we have fedex confirmation that it is delivered not sure why it's not updated

@Millie w I did not receive physical notice yet. I checked the status online. I don't know how to check the uploaded notice on uscis account. my uscis account only shows status and history

I am able to access the denial notice online.
to summarize, the did not receive RFE.
not sure why. we sent the RFE notice a month ago via FedEx. the tracker says it is delivered on 4th April

my attorney said, it could be a mistake at USCIS side and these are happening often these days. he said, the are going to start Motion To Reopen and nothing to be worried.

they cached the cheque we sent along with the motion to reopen application, theoretically that confirms they received my MTR application with in the deadline of 30 days. my attorney said we should receive receipt notice with a week from now.

we sent response to rfe, our fedex trackers says delivered but uscis says they never received it and they closed the case. so we sent an appeal (motion to reopen)
