I 130 denied after uscis acknowledge vawa receipt
hi...guys who filed vawa after putting i 485 in abeyance
did uscis send a denial notice for your i 130 after you filed your self petition?
they sent me a receipt notice for vawa
and denied the i 130 filed by my wife.

that is normal, when you apply for VAWA her petition has to be denied ,the good thing is that your i 845 change to VAWA one than you don’t need reapply for that .

it is very normal for your I-130 to be denied bcos you applied for vawa automatically they shifted your case to vawa petition and your I- 130 has to be denied for good
