what is current status of your application. did they documents qualified I mean DQ?

It’s taking 435 days for I-130 approvals. They’re working on mid-August 2023 dates right now. Whether you’re from Pakistan or not, makes no difference at the I-130 stage. Everyone’s put in the same Que regardless of country.

not yet mid august 😫@Shagufta T they got stuck around August 8th. my case is August 15, 2023 Texas center and havent got approved. I’ve linked up with other August people waiting on their approvals as well and most of us 9th - 31st are still waiting

@Carolaine C They're on August 11th right now. But, as has been the case since March 2024, they have slowed down with approvals... and for August it's hard to say when they'll reach the 15th PD. I'd like to say by the end of next week but it's hard to predict anything at the moment. There's no stability in their processing times right now.
