I-130 APPROVED!!!!!!
My Case was under active review again today and in the documents tab I found an approval!!!!!!!
Thank the lord!!! It seems my expedite request was accepted as I also received a call from a USCIS officer telling me it was and that my expedite was accepted and he approved my application right away!!!!!!!!!! GOD IS SO GOOD!!!
How long did it take for USCIS to send to the NVC for you?? I AM SO HAPPY!!

Sometimes it takes about 3 weeks , month to 2 for USCIS to forward the case to NVC

@child of grace it was a medical reason but the exact exact reason is a bit personal. I wouldnt mind sharing the reason and letter and stuff I wrote if you could dm me on fb or instagram I just do not feel too comfortable posting about it

@Polycarp Empowerment Hub was that your experience with the NVC? a USCIS rep just called me to give me the news (which i had already seen) and said if i dont get the nvm email from 2 weeks to 30 days to give them a call back
