I-130 approved today!! after 2nd notice of case being actively reviewed!!
Petitioned my husband Dec 2021, then In June 2022 got a notification that case was being actively reviewed . yesterday a year exactly got a 2nd noticed about actively reviewing our case , and today it got approved !! I-130

@Mohammad Maarouf 3 days later , after the notice that we got approved , I got another notice that uscis sent it over to the NVC !! so now we have to wait for a letter for the NVC in order to apply right ?

@Mohammad Maarouf so yesterday , my husband got an email from the NVC , that they have created a case !! all he needs to do now is pay the fees . NVC is moving fast !!

congratulations 🎉🎊 yes it does , and after the hard part is done is more better , after he paid the fee if he outside the United States im not sure if he can come before get green card , but i hear he can come and the maill it to him here but anyway in both cases after he paid the fee if 30 day to have green card in hand
