I-130 approved, still waiting on I-485
We had the interview last week and got approved on the spot. Today my I-130 has moved to approved but still waiting on the I-485. We filed all the forms at once. Just curious to hear how long has taken for people with an approved I-130 to get the notification about I-485?

Same situation for me. I-130 approved, and my interview went well but I-485 pending. it’s been over 3 weeks but it still says interview completed and my case must be reviewed. Chicago FO. what’s your FO

Ugh, I hope we all hear from them soon! tete boo: we provided mortgage application, home deed, previous lease together, bills since we had been living together for a year, previous trips stuff like plane tickets, hotels, pictures of before marriage, our wedding, trips, affidavits from family and friends

they believe your marriage when they approve your I-130 so that’s not a issue, the I-485 is all about your background and security checks

shan2022 exactly. The officer told us we sent enough evidence so they were convinced about our marriage being real. They did not have any concerns about my I-485 and only asked a few of the security questions but I guess I will have to wait longer. alma HT: my spouse is a US citizen and I’m am the beneficiary but yes, we’re both in the US
