@S L the website said 5months until approval. the funny thing is that system is not showing approved yet but i when looking into the documents the approval letter was already there.

What is your pd for I-130? and service center?

congrats! I saw one case that the i-485 was approved. his pd was March/2023 and he got approved in Sep/2023

my is F2A with my wife living overseas and my PD is January 28 2022 and it’s still under progress. expedited three times, reached out to congresswoman here and still no progress. I am frustrated with this wait time

@angel portillo you have to do it in your USCIS online account, if you have one if not you would need to create it, and your I130 is listed in there

yeah 02 with pd 2022 , does that mean that the visa bulletin will be current next month ou i485 for fall category doesn't depend on it ??
