I’m so tired of waiting……… It’s been more than 3 months that my I-130 got approved, and I-485 changed to actively reviewed.
Anybody else has their case in Charleston, SC? ðŸ˜

Two years is a long delay. You can sue USCIS on your own, and much cheaper, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se" there is a channel Immigration Aid helping people.
