I-130 Approved, I-485 Actively Being Reviewed
Today my wife and I was running some errands and our both phones were hit with a notification from USCIS. Turned out an update has been made on our case. We pulled over and checked our app. Fortunately, our I-130 was approved. We both hugged each other and ran to check on our I-485. Boom it showed Actively Being Reviewed. This has been a long journey for my family. Hopefully, my I-485 can get approved in hours considering the fact that we filed concurrently in Dec 2021.
Question: How soon can I expect to get approved with a concurrent filling of I-130, I-485, I765 and I-131? Are there possibilities where I-130 gets approved and I-485 stays pending for months? Up to today, my wife and I received three different updates on this journey since Dec 2021. Below is our History and hope it motiviate others to be strong trusting that you are next in line.

@John Richards i hope you guy got you case approved soon...but my case i got everything else approved except my i485 and im waiting since july 2022 i got 1 rfe but after that nothing im going crazy too and i feel you ..waiting longer than me ...god bless you guys stay strong i i wish you god help you guys and soon you guys get approved

Most of the time it takes days or weeks… I hope you get approved!! That hasn’t been my case. Its been 6 months since they approved my i-130, I also filled concurrent.

@favor me👩🏽💼 great. I’m told they both have to be approved at the same time. You can’t approved one and leave the other undone under concurrent filing. Is that correct?

@John Richards Congratulates! happy for you been rooting for your approval since I had same PD as you. Hope I-485 will be approved shortly. For my case I-485 was approved first then after few hours I-130.

@K C thanks. Yours was the opposite. I’m told the I-139 gets approved first before I-485. Praying for this to come to an end soon

@John Richards yes i filed through the adjustment status package cr1 my wife is a usa citizen and i live here in the usa so i file everything on july 2022
