I-130 approved but I485 not yet
I got the I-130 approved on the 16th of November but that same day reflects as I-485 actively being reviewed. any idea how much longer to get approved?

@Edgar t sometimes they do approve 130 and hold 485 for background check.. so no worries you have 130approval and if you don’t have any criminal background you will be rewarded soon 👏🏼

my i130 got approved 6 months ago i485 still pending 😢 😪

My i130 got approved since August 7th, and my i485 has been actively receiving as of July 26th. I just don’t understand how these people do things.

My 130 got approved 2 months ago, still waiting for the green card. it could take days, weeks, months! hang in there 🫶🏻
