congratulations! I got 2 questions for you- 1. How long ago was your I-130 approved? 2. How accurate was your processing time on the USCIS personal portal for I130?

@Karan L thank you I received the approval notification this evening. last time I contact Uscis about the case they told me the earliest date I can submit an inquiry is august 2025 if I remember that means the case was in the correct processing time. it looks like this case type takes a long time to process.

Hey @J P thanks for responding! When I asked about the processing time, I meant in the USCIS’ portal after you sign in- next to your form. Did you pay attention to that at all?

@J P nah not the priority date. If you have your online account on USCIS set up, you can see the case status with the estimated processing time next to your form.

@Karan L I can’t see that on my Uscis online account maybe I don’t know how to see it but according to Uscis the I-130 processing time is 29.5 months and mine get approved in 9 months. and my green card get approved this morning thank God

@Emeka udo It’s really stressful but the best thing to reduce the stress is just relax and wait. God is in control
