what about I-485

hello guys for the ones who’s asking what to submit and get an approval without RFE. upload as many pictures with dates, text messages screenshots ( WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.), money transfers, call logs, tickets if you went visiting her in the past years, months, travel tickets together if any with the matching passport stamps. upload anything you have that can help you not receive an RFE. marriage certificate original and translation in English if you in a no English speaking country, birth certificate of spouse and her passport photo including yours and also proof of citizenship like petitioner birth certificate if us citizen or us passport or green card.

@hi new no worries it’s just an addition to help. upload whatever you have at max don’t wait for RFE do it now it helps. that’s what I did I got an approval without RFE

@hi new you can still add it under upload more documents tab. some people say don’t but i personally did and nothing happened my case got approved on the 15th month

@hi new yes I did after case was approved and sent to NVC. they will send a welcome letter including case number and invoice number that you will to login to CEAC portal, that’s where you will pay the fees for IV visa and affidavit of support. once your payment is accepted you’ll then upload the documents that they ask for like your taxes returns transcript or 1040 along with beneficiary passport bio page, police clearance. you’ll see the list of all documents required, i just listed a few
