I-130 approved 4 months ago and green card still pending?
PD 03/15/2022 - almost 2 years!
married to us citizen
case is in Charleston, SC
What else should I do? it’s been more than 4 months since our i-130 got approved and nothing with our I-485. I will be traveling with my advance parole in a couple weeks and I’m terrified since I also have a pending asylum with uscis. Praying for a miracle!!!!!!

Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"

my i130 has been approved since January 2022 and I'm still waiting for progress to be made with i-485. Nothing seems to be happening in charleston sc
