I-130 Approved 4 days after response to RFE. How long until I-485 is approved?
Hey y’all!
Super happy to have the I-130 approved.
We filed for the I-485 concurrently, and we are wondering how long until it’s approved. RFE with Medical was also answered at the same time as the I-130 RFE, 4 to 5 days ago.

My 130 was approved on Dec 20. Medical RFE was delivered on Dec 27, and 485 is still pending (no status update)

@the wanderer, RFE’s were sent separei but from the same F.O and in only a day between then..

same boat but my rfe was for proof of my mother being present in the US on 2000 for asjustment reasons...but my 130 was approved on jan 7 and that same day uploaded the proof for 485 hopefully soon 🥲

hi yall I called info pass today they said that the approvals for 485 are average 30 days after rfe received right now
