@Dana K congratulations 🥳 can please help me with how you reached out to the congressman my PD:06/10/2024 service centre: California service centre and I’m Petitioner: U.S citizen

@Dani Rodriguez they had a form on their website I filled it out and I basically explained that I had an upcoming PCS overseas that would separate me and my spouse for another 3 years and that would cause great distress to us. they said to send them a copy of my orders to submit with their request to USCIS at the time I didn’t have it I reached out back in April and got my orders in May then I submitted it and 3 weeks later I got approved.

@maisaa hmoud I basically searched up who my congressman is and then it directed me to their official website where they had an inquiry box I filled out the information they were asking for and got a confirmation to wait 3-5 business days to get a response which I did. It was pretty easy and self explanatory once you got on their website so if you go to house.gov and type in your zip code your specific congressman should pop up

@Justin Uzumaki Good luck! try your best to have a well detailed letter written on your account and digitally signed with your gov email.

congratulations my husband is former military and he reached out to his congressman and they told him there was nothing they could do. It really is sad to see our case have no answers other than a receipt notice sent etc 12months later. Which service center did you apply from. Our pd is 28 May 2024 -Texas service center

@Justin Uzumaki yes I’m currently overseas too and it was just a letter I got from my unit that I signed and also my commander just explaining my situation and that I’ll be overseas for the next couple of years and the impact it can cause without my spouse

@N 🇺🇸x 🇿🇲 I get it if he was active duty atm he would be able to get his case pushed as far as he could I’m really sorry about that my service center was Potomac SC
