I-130 Accepted for filing???
So I checked my informed delivery from USPS this morning and saw a mail from USCIS, which is addressed to my husband. When I opened it, it had an envelope stapled to it because apparently there was an error with the address (apartment number missing). So it’s an I-797C notice giving him an access code to create an USCIS account and stamped at the bottom of it is “Action Completed, Approved for Filing with date Dec 13, 2023”
I was giving up hope when I didn’t see anything moving for me. And so I started to distract myself by keeping busy. Don’t give up hope just yet, the Lord is working on your behalf 🫶🏽

did you see an actual I-797, notice of action, type: approval notice? with words "The above petition has been approved"?

@Itz Mona 🇯🇲 your notice reads like it’s just giving access to set up a USCIS account not that your petition was approved. Also, this app will give you notifications when a decision has been made.

hi good even so my husband only filed my I-130 may 09 and I haven’t seen anything from since den so he is going to file my I-485 package b4 this week out to go with my I-130 is it going to take long or affect anything am curious???
