@r r I honestly don't know, I just sent them a message through email and uploaded my certificate I never gotten any response about the upgrade. It just appeared on my notice that my case was already a spouse of a US citizen.

I've got a message from uscis "we have taken an action on your case" on March 19 then few hours later I checked docs tab then saw the approval notice. then it took 3 days for my case status to change.
