my category: IR 2 (US citizen filing for an unmarried child under 21) I contacted the congressman in July 2025 and in September 2025. In October I contacted the senator. USCIS did not ask any RFE.

@R G can you please explain to me how i do that? my kids are IR2 and they have until August 21, 2024 waiting for appointments with the 6 step completed 😔

The waiting time after completing the 6 steps depends on which country is where you are going to do the interview. Each embassy has a different waiting time depending on the number of cases.

@ R G the congressman I contact almost 2 years ago he’s republican does it better to get to democrate senator ?
