I-130 approval notice, how long until I-485 gets approved?
Yesterday we got a notification that the I-130 was being actively reviewed for the first time. From previous Lawfully posts we learned to check the documents tab and found the approval notice there!! The status hasn’t changed yet and status of the I-485 still says Response to RFE was received. How long will it take before the I-485 gets approved?

@Farina Regusson NVC for who outside the country but he applied for I-485 that is mean he in the country
