I-130 Approval!
I applied in May of 2022. it initially went to Texas service center and then about 2 weeks ago it was transferred to Nebraska and was approved there. My processing time had changed so many times and changed to your case is taking longer than expected so it was never really accurate. I was really losing hope, but hang in there everyone!!

congratulation đ more than happy to hear that you got your approval help me please I think I lost my mind we file our application middle of April the first time estimated time 6 month after 6 month change case is talking longer than expected after 2 month started again estimated time 3 month now again I saw the same message when you got your approval they show you the same message

@Al s when I got my approval, the processing time still said âyour case is taking longer than expected to processâ so itâs very inaccurate. before it said 3 months and then changed to that and we got the approval a few weeks later so I wouldnât rely on the processing time tab

Hi. I filed for my spouse Oct 2022 and still havenât heard anything. Mine went from the monthly countdown to the same âtaking longer than expected...â message. We are both abroad and are anxious to move back to the US. Iâve seen some people who filed around the same time we did have been approved already so hoping ours will soon too.
