I-130 Application After Interview
Hi,
My spouse's I-130 was approved and had an interview today. However, after an interview, the consular officer gave a letter saying additional administrative processing is required, but no further action is needed from our end. I’m confused.
Has anyone been through this process or what does it mean? please advise on what we should expect next.

Well, that doesn't mean anything. I received the same. They also gave me verbal approval and my i-130 was approved, but I've been waiting for my i-485 to be approved for more than 60 days after the interview. There are people who have been there for 10 months. My field office was in Atlanta

I received the same letter that’s good that means the officer doesn’t need anything from you guys at the moment, the next day after we have the interview my I-30 was approved but I received RFE for polio vaccine for I-485 from the same location we have our interview we submitted the RFE last Monday USPS delivered Wed 07/16 no update for now

Did you did the interview alone in the US Nd spouse abroad ? If so probably wanted to make you documents were legit after it may take like 3 months to be approved then sent to the nvc to process in your wife’s country
