I-130 actively being reviewed
yesterday my case status changed to actively being reviewed after being in the receipt status for over a year… and my I-485 got transferred to my FO on February 5th, I’m hoping I get an approval or an interview request soon ?

mine got approved the day after saying being reviewed. check your spouse profile and see if there is an approval notice in the document tab thats where mine was then the day after I got my approval. Goodluck!

wooohoo! let's go, okay so there is a possibility tomorrow at some point you will get an approval on your I-485, again everyone is different but I do hope it happens the same for you too because that's what I've seen happen for a few of us now.

how did you find out your case was transferred to FO on a exact date?

@Nick N I called and that’s what they said, also on my RFE, the date by the green check changed from march 7th 2023 to January 31st 2024
