Hello may I know anyone whose I-130 got approved. My husband submitted file on May 6,2024 . I received receipt, does anyone know how long we have to wait for?

they are generally taking 12.5 months to process right now. so you should expect approval next June most likely. some are faster and some are slower but there are waves of approvals at the 12.5 month mark right now. best of luck on your journey @M Kaur
