IOE only means it was filed electronically. You can look at your receipt and see what center it shows by logging into USCIS and looking under the documents tab. Or you can use “ask emma” and ask to speak to a representative. Good luck 🍀

@Akua what state are you in and when did you file? NBC cases have been moving very fast, I'm wondering if it's the same for you.

@durgesh...not necessarily, last I checked I was told it's in Califirnia whereas that's of my kids filed the same time are in Nebraska, it does appear to me like; IOE could be sent to any of the service centers.

i called them and they told me it is at vermont but Due Receipt start IOE, it should be at Potomac

I think IOE receipt can be any service center. All it means is that your case was scanned into USCIS computer system and will be processed online (even if you filed paper copy) Mine is IOE and case us at NBC. I have seen Nebraska, Potomac, Vermont, and then mine is NBC so I’m thinking it can be any service center. Just that your case is scanned into the online system to be looked at through a computer
