I-130
after filling the I-130 form my husband did not send it as a priority mail. he just threw it in the mail box. how long do you think uscis will get it. cause there is no way to track the mail. and also he folded the forms and other documents. do you think that’s a problem ?

regular post usually take 3 to 5 business days all things being equal to be delivered. Since you can’t track it, one option is to check the account from which you are paying the fee. once the funds are taken from your account, you can be sure they got it. this will usually happen before you receive your receipt notice.

I sent mine end of June which was June 30-2021 they resived it on July 2- 2021 I filled online but mailed paper work like passport picture of me and his and his paper work from over seas then on July-22-2021 my case status was actively reviewing

when I mailed it I didn’t even think about mailing it as priority I was all over the place but thankfully they got it soon
