Hi everyone, could you please help me with what does it mean? I have applied for my son, and it has been almost one month that I received this message and nothing more: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you."
My receipt number starts with IOE............., so with IOE, I am not sure which center my case is. I asked Emma, but I couldn't understand how I could ask the right question?
I appreciate it if you guys share with me your experiences.

my daughters case is exactly as what you just explained and her receipt number start with IOE which is Nebraska service centre …
mine start with WAC which is California service centre …
concerning the actively being reviewed , you’ve to wait for the 2nd Actively being review which means you will get a decision in days to come … so the first notice you got is nothing for now until you get the 2nd …

it’s going to be a while before they except your paperwork now nothing outstanding on your side just you have 2 wait till they approve your case and transfer it to NVC for my daughter it takes about 11 month since I submitted and it’s make a lil different between cts and gc holder

its an automated message. sometimes you get this message right after submitting application or sometimes it shows a couple of months after submitting. Either way, this massage will remain until you actually get your petition approved and it doesn't really mean anything.

You will find your service center printed at the left-bottom part of your notice of action I-797c Form letter.
