I 130
Finally got approved. Petition for alien relative. We filed I 130 back in September 2022. Received the RFE in December 2022. January 2024 sent the RFE to a local office. Today, February 12 there was a case update : Approval.
God is good, don`t loose hope. It was a long 17 months. Thank you each and every one of you for support, courage, for giving me strength and faith!. I appreciate it a lot

Hennnnnyy T I will .I`am currently in the United States, does it mean the case has to go to the Department of State?
