My I-130 changed to actively reviewing for the first time two days ago and today it says actively reviewing again with todays date. I heard this means they almost have a decision, is that true?

@m m It didn’t let me link it but I submitted June 23, 2022 and stayed as received, then it changed to actively reviewing on June 12, 2023 and June 14,2023

both my I-130 and I-485 were approved today!!!!! I guess the second reviewing trick works
