try contacting your congress men/women they have assistants who help with immigration. ours helped us tremendously. filed I-130 july 2021 got approved may 2022 potomac service center

you explain your case and also recognize them as being your advocate - i wrote a email explaining what was going on, sent it to both my states representatives and i received an answer from both saying that they would look into it. after that we got approved orettt quickly

MD, the petitioner will Google the representative of the state where he lives using the zip code, and then contact congressmen/woman, they will send you a simple form for you to fill out and so they will interfere with your process with USCIS

my case is still not approved, my husband sent forms to congresswoman on 12th august 2022, we are still waiting for a response

i sent in the request for help on March 13 and my case was approved on May 10

we filed July 2021 received notice of “actively being reviewed@ december 2021. received notice of RFE of March 23. they received our response to RFE May 9 and we were approved May 10

Hali, so it was approved less than 1 month after you asked congressmen for help, it was fast, hope mine will be approved soon because we submitted form to congresswoman on August 12, 2022, and it has been actively reviewing since February 18, 2022

it was almost two months before we were approved. from march 13 to may 10 .

Hali, curious to know, in your case applicant is only green card holder or US passport holder who already US citizen .

applicant has been denied 3 visas in the past. and resides in the dominican republic. i’m the petitioner and am a us citizen

from what i found your representative is Carolyn Boudreaux - go to her website and there should be a submit public inquiry form - fill it out explaining what’s happening and somebody from her office should reach out to you.
