1st actively review 1st september and then RFE i submitted then actively reviewd 2nd time without approval pd 1/4/2021 vermont service center USC

can you show me how it’s look like ?mine they just tell me that I’m email but I don’t see it on lawfully.I submitted RFE too been 1yr and half

is that normal? it is almost 1 month pass i don't get approval letter by mail or any update online
