i-129f process USCIS CSV
Hi guys, I’m a late December 2022 filer and I see all those people getting approved and our case hasn’t been touched since California service center received it. I’m getting a little worried (and honestly very frustrated) at the process right now. People from February got approved in November and while I’m very happy for them, I can’t help but worry for our case since it’s almost been 12 months and half of December cases have already been reviewed.
Is it just how I feel or is USCIS slowing down their processing lately?
Thank you for your answers guys 🙏🏻❤️#i-129f #K1visa #californiaservicecenter

Thank you guys for your answers, I guess I just needed a little reassuring 😅😂
While I understand some cases are harder than others, I don’t think it’s okay for them to take that long on cases that are uncomplicated and complete. Some people from May 2022 still have no answer to this day for example. They should clear the backlog. November month is a disaster apparently. December 2022 has more processed cases than November 2022… I have no idea of the way they organize the process but it feels a little chaotic sometimes 😅

@Kaye B @Mag L did you get your case moving?
If not, you may need to file a law suit, called Writ of Mandamus
