Some cases take longer to process than others. You can try to contact your congressman since USCIS is already focusing on Dec/Jan cases. I’m a August 2022 filer and I am still waiting to get approved after a month of RFER. I also know a couple other cases from August that have not gotten any type of response yet.

I just did my research and Cori Bush is the congresswoman for Missouri. You can find her official website and press on “help with a federal agency”. You are gonna have to fill it out with your application details and provide pictures. I suggest you attach screenshots (and the link) from TrackMyVisaNow.Com as they are pulling updated data directly from USCIS and you can see how they already moved focus to December and January cases. Contacting your congressman isn’t a guarantee that they will help but it is worth a shot. There are lots of people that did it and ended up getting help from them. Some others get unlucky and get told the case is still “under normal processing times”. Good luck tho!!
