I-129 case status
I have filed my H1b( I-129) case on June 30 and case status was showing “Case is being Acrively reviewed by USCIS “ from July 5 th 2023 , did any one have idea how much time it take

On the same boat… AFAIK it takes 2-5 months based on service center you applied

Mine is also Texas applied on May 11 2023 and I haven’t received any update yet. Still the status says “Case was received and a Receipt Notice was sent”
