there website has an update yesterday. you can try it now should be working. what exactly was the error you where facing??

@Muhammad Ameen Anvar I knew the update was supposed to be from 11pm -2am, but It was saying the service is currently unavailable all day yesterday.

open Emma and then select how to chat with Emma then after that type expedite each time it will probably say service is currently down keep on doing that and after sometime it will show option for connect to live agent. I've been having this issue since 2 months now and this is how i connect to live agent. Even 2 days back also i did the same and then got connected
