I -751 Removal of Condition.
Hi Everyone ,
I recently filled for I-751 jointly with my husband. I have been assigned the receipt number starting with IOE ( Nebraska Service Center ). Are these cases moving faster than the other receipt numbers ?

I have a family petition in that office, the i-130 for a citizen husband since July 2022 and I am still waiting 😣

I’ve heard 751s are moving incredibly slow. my friends husband has been waiting over 2 years. they keep extending his conditional green card

now that they are handing out 48 month extension letters, this means lowest priority. Expect nothing until atleast the first 12 months..
