I- 601 Waiver
Finally after so much waiting, we received the news that we were waiting for: We got the I-601 waiver approved March 3, 2022!!! Receipt date June 21, 2021; it was for unlawful presence. I tell you all so you don't get discouraged and don't lose faith in God that the time will come soon, Blessings to all. 🙏🏽😃

@A & A mine was for unlawful presence but it’s also used to waive other inadmissibilities in order to acquire an immigrant visa or green card.

may i ask why u apply waiver for unlawful presence? u overstay and went back to ur home country?

@doza lucas Yes I did. The consul requested the waiver so we filed it ASAP.

out of curiosity, at any point in time your case status ever update to say “processing or reviewing “ or did you received the approval letter then the lawfully app was updated. abd congratulations! I’m currently waiting on mine , 8 months so far 🙌🏼

@Ariel Rayo Thank you and no, it just updated from received to approved on the USCIS web page, I saw it first there than here on the app. Hopefully they tell you something soon 🙏🏽
