Hubby is finally Approved!!!
What seems like a short timeline really is not. My husband AOS status was approved under 8 months but his case started 22 years ago when his mom submitted his application and started as a children over 21 case. Chicago field office approved I-130 & 485 PD 1/27/23 Married under 2 yrs I-130 approved 2 months ago Medical was not submitted with initial application RFE was for court dispositions for DUI that occurred 15 years ago No interview I was a silent reader but I definitely learned a lot from all. Stay positive your cases will also be approved soon.
