If you have received your green card through marriage and wish to withdraw your asylum case, you will need to submit a written request to the asylum office that has jurisdiction over your case. In your request, you should explain that you are no longer seeking asylum and wish to withdraw your application. You should also provide a copy of your marriage certificate and evidence of your lawful permanent residency, such as your green card. Once your request has been received, the asylum office will review your case and notify you of the decision. you may want to consult with an immigration attorney before taking any action.

@Robbin Decareau - is it just easy to do it by myself or has sensitivity and should do it through attorney?

@K A I mean if you already have an attorney, I’d maybe ask their office to do it for you. but I don’t see why you shouldn’t be able to do it yourself. I’d ask if you’re not sure. should be pretty simple tho.
