no you can not enter and change you must first inform the nvc by inquiry form!

no I live in USA but my husband is in Saudi Arabia Jeddah

you can change it during the pre interview, ask them to change it.

I changed my husband’s address and embassy through public inquiry at NVC . uploaded their his residency card and they changed it in three days. also change his current address in DS260 too
